Beyonce wore the lace dress to the 2014 Grammy award while Sonia wore hers to the AMVCA 2016 holding tonight in Lagos.  Beautiful women.

SUCCESS

This life is a journey, and I bet we want to live it out well tho most of us don't know how to. There are other travellers, going through life with different means of transportation, but the same destination, it doesn't matter how fast you are going because some people move so fast only to discover they missed the whole essence of the journey.
My birthday is next month and all that is on my mind is "Am I fulfilling purpose yet", YES I have come to an understanding that God is pleased with me whether I fulfil or not(battle of my mind lately) but still out of that understanding I should want to do something for Him.

If u are anything like me, wanting to make the most out of life, do well to check this site I discovered, wonderful articles that'll thrill you.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO TRY

I wonder how many opportunities have been lost, how many ideas have been neglected just because of the fear of failing, not doing it right...
I remember back then when I was in seconday school(high school), I was opportuned to join a sort of club- JA(Junior Achievers) and we were tasked to make a product and suggest a name for it...everybody was suggesting the name they think will be best for it; lo and behold God gave me a name(I believe) but I had been quiet all along, and when I heard it, i began to argue; while i was busy arguing in my mind, alas! someone else said it...I felt ashamed
Can't really say what specific reason made me argue...maybe because of low self-esteem(seniors were there), or shyness, or thought it wasn't really good enough or I didn't just want to talk...but that very name was what they ended up using#sad face
I wonder if Blaise Pascal thought it was a crazy idea, who would have invented calculator
I wonder if Alexander Graham Bell thought it was an impossible idea, who would have invented Telephone
I'm sure God would have used someone else, they would have just prevented themselves from been used by God
What if u fail...try again
What if the world thinks it's lame...they will one day realise it is intelligent
You know what forget about "the what ifs", STEP OUT and begin to work on that brilliant idea...yes, it's brilliant!

I haven't failed against Boko Haram- Buhari

In a fresh interview with Al Jazeerah, President Buhari says he has not failed in his war against Boko Haram despite some recorded incidents of attacks by the sect members in some parts of Nigeria
“I have not failed. When we came in Boko Haram was effectively in 14 local governments. Nigeria has 774 local governments. They hoist their flags and they said they had a certain caliphate but today they no longer to hold any local government.
They have reverted to improvised explosive devices blowing soft targets, and that will be a kind of terrorism which will be difficult to eliminate because it is technological, but they cannot hold any local government again. They are using technology but they cannot carry out organised attacks, overrun police post, attack military installations, they cannot do that now.”he said

Excellent leaders

Wow! I attended a wonderful programme today, it was mind-blowing, life changing. If u are in Lag and didn't come for the programme, u missed big time! Well, the programme continues through Thursday and Friday.

It's a programme called EXCELLENCE IN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2015 organised by Reverend Sam & Nike Adeyemi (Founders of Daystar Christian Center), the programme is about Servant leadership ('servant' not sounding 'cool' right? But believe me, get there and it will make a lot of sense). General session by 9am-12pm, specialised session by 12-2pm. You know what I like best about the programme NO AFRICAN TIME. To get more information about the programme follow the link.
Before I forget you wouldn't want to miss the insightful people that would be speaking in the programme, the likes of Femi Adeoti, Kunle Afolayan, Gabriel Ogbechie and others.
It would be worth the time spent. Love u

HOW HOT WATER CAN TEACH YOU

It's a wonder how a cup of hot water can make like 8 cups of cold water hot....science can explain this but let's apply it to life

How many bad things have you done and you wish to change but you think there's no remedy for all the harm you have caused....there's still one good thing you can do that can correct all the bad things you might have done.
Go to God...and He'll show it to you. Make sure you do it.
Lots of love. Liz
