Photos: Chaos at Mile 2-Apapa Expressway today following death of a tanker driver 5 hours ago
Pandemonium broke out at Ijesha bustop along the Mile 2-Apapa expressway this morning after a Petroleum Tanker driver identified as Salisu Sani, was allegedly killed by police and LASTMA officials. According to twitter user, Lanre Neville who was at the scene of the incident, eyewitnesses told him that trouble started when the deceased parked his vehicle along the road to say his prayers as a Muslim.
When he was done praying, the police officers from Ijesha police station and the LASTMA officers, asked him why he had to pray on the road. An argument ensued and he was dragged from his truck.
He fell to the ground and a LASTMA vehicle allegedly ran him over, killing him. The police officers and the LASTMA officials allegedly fled the scene of the incident.
Area boys immediately set up burn fire and some of the tanker drivers double crossed the express road with their trucks. The Commandant of the Lagos State Rapid Response Squad, ACP Olatunji Disu, arrived the scene and restored calm to the area.

She said she found out she was pregnant again while in Jamaica but had a miscarriage and later found out her husband was cheating. She said Teebillz has never spent a dime on their child and she was the one taking care of their family. She also accused him of allegedly stealing from her and taking cocaine in their home. She said their marriage is over and what he did on social media was Godsent...that it made it easier for her to finally walk away. She said a whole lot more....

Ogun state governor reacts to kidnap of former Minister, Iyabo Anisulowo
Describing the incident as “disturbing,” Amosun called on the kidnappers of the Senator and her aide, to immediately release them without conditions. He said,
“Ogun State is not and cannot be a place for any form of criminal element, including kidnappers.”He assured residents of Ogun State of their safety adding that security agents are already on the trail of the kidnappers
“As a government, we will do everything within our powers to rescue Senator Anisulowo and her aide as well as bring the perpetrators of this act to book. We are on top of the situation” Governor Amosun said.
