Roma legend Francesco Totti meets fan with giant tatoo of him on his back (Photos)

39 year old Francesco Totti, who has played for Roma all his life made the dream of a die-hard fan who had the tatoo of the footballer on his back come through by meeting up with him. Thomas Jonsson of Sweden, an ardent Roma supporter since the age of six got a giant tattoo of his favourite footballer, Francesco Totti on his back.

Totti, who saw Jonsson's tattoo after he posted a picture of it online, invited him to visit Roma's  training ground in Trigoria for a special meeting.

 

 'He seems to like my tattoo,' Jonsson told Roma's official website, 'To meet Totti was just amazing. He has a great sense of humour – he also asked when I was going to do a chest tattoo!' 

 'It's a celebration of our captain and our leader, his loyalty and just being the King of Rome.'

Watford's Odion Ighalo wants to play against Aston Villa as a tribute to his late father

Watford coach Quique Flores has revealed that Nigeria international Odion Ighalo has asked to play for Watford in this weekend's fixture against Aston Villa as a mark of respect/tribute to his late dad.
Ighalo's father, Paul Ighalo died in his sleep on Monday but Ighalo didn't fly back to Nigeria despite the club offering to give him compassionate leave.

‘I asked Ighalo what the mood is for this week,’ He wanted to stay here training and at the end of the season he wants to go to Lagos to see his family'.said Flores to pressmen during the club's pre-match press conference

‘His father passed away. He is sad but focused on the game.

‘I said do you want to train and do you want to be here? He said “yes I want to be here and I want to train. At the end of the season I want to go to Lagos but now I want to be here. He wants to dedicate the match for his father.’

Flores paid tribute to his 26 year old 16-goal top scorer saying he doesn't need extra motivation.

‘This is the kind of player who doesn’t need extra motivation,’ he said. ‘He is an amazing player, scoring goals for us at the start of the season

A fresh set of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and Nigerian Seafarers Development Programme (NSDP) students graduated from University of Perpetual Help System, Philippines, on April 28, 2016.

According to Newest Rivers, the students were sent during the administration of former president, Goodluck Jonathan.

Writing from the graduation ceremony, Victor Kelechi said:

"Why GEJ deserves red carpet wherever he goes. Through NIMASA, GEJ today made over 300 Nigerian youths marine engineers and marine transporters. Many more to graduate next year and subsequent years to come. I witnessed it today and I have to testify my people."
